  • What is the Farnam Rewards Program?


    The Farnam Rewards Program is our Loyalty Program where you earn points and exclusive discounts for Farnam products. Enrollment in the program is free!


  • How do I join the rewards program?


    Create an account here to be enrolled. If you already have an account, all you have to do is sign in to track your rewards and access your benefits. To understand how we use your information, you can access our privacy policy.




  • What do I get for joining?


    Aside from our unconditional friendship, you’ll receive 100 points instantly upon sign up. As you earn more, you’ll become eligible for discounts and exclusive merchandise.


  • How do I earn points?


    By creating an account, you’ve already earned 100 points! But the main way is to upload your receipt, displaying Farnam products from a recent purchase. The system will automatically identify the Farnam products, and the points will be added to your account.


  • How do I get my Farnam voucher?


    When you redeem your points in your account, you will be asked if you want the discount voucher mailed to you or an eGiftcard to either Amazon or Chewy.com. If you select the voucher to be mailed to you, it will ask you for the mailing address. If it is an eGiftcard, you will be emailed a link.

  • Do my points expire?


    Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Use ‘em before you lose ‘em! To prevent points from expiring you just need to make a purchase on our website or upload a receipt!

     

  • What are the participating products?


    The majority of Farnam products are eligible to redeem points. In addition to the Farnam products, some of our sister brand Horse Health products are also included. See all qualifying products listed within the Official Rules.


  • Can I earn points on multiple participating products at the same time?


    Yes! The program’s technology will review scan the receipt uploaded and add points for each participating product purchased.


  • How do I submit a receipt for validation?


    Log into your rewards account and follow the instructions to upload your receipt or proof of purchase. To upload your receipt, you can take a picture of your receipt via your smartphone and upload.


  • What type of receipt can I upload?


    You can upload your receipts for product purchases made anywhere Farnam products are sold. You can only submit 1 receipt at a time.


  • How long do I have to submit my receipt?


    There is no time limit to submit receipts, but we request you submit it within 30-days after your purchase to ensure the receipt is eligable.
