Alyssa Barngrover
Alyssa Barngrover
Alyssa began her marketing career at Farnam in 2000 and currently manages the supplements business. She considers herself lucky to combine her passion for horses with her professional career and loves being a part of a company that makes a difference in the lives of horses and their people. Outside the office, Alyssa spends hours on end with her four horses. She is a lifelong dressage enthusiast, having attended the US Dressage Finals twice on her mare Daisy, and a small breeder of Hanoverian foals. She bred and raised Daisy and is continuing her performance career with her daughter Violet, and son Bravo.

Julie Hoefling
Julie Hoefling
Julie started with Farnam in 2018 and is currently the Marketing Manager for the grooming, wound, leather care and deworming businesses. She attended Central Michigan University and majored in Marketing and Advertising. Throughout her career, she’s gained experience in a variety of different industries; however her lifelong love of horses collided with her professional experience when she came to work for Farnam. Julie was born and raised on a farm in Akron, Michigan. She now resides in Cave Creek, Arizona, with her husband, Jerry. Julie shows her horse, Movin the Chains, in the AQHA Western All-Around events under the guidance of her trainers Ryan and Andrea Kail.

Martha Lefebvre
Martha is the Senior Marketing Manager who brings years of practical experience to the Farnam Marketing Team. When she’s not strategizing or executing the various aspects of the integrated marketing plan, she’s out riding her super talented Reined Cow Horse, Cord.

Tina Anderson
Tina Anderson
Tina is our Director of New Product Strategy and Development. A Colorado native, she obtained her PhD from Colorado State in Equine Orthopedics and was on faculty in the Equine Sciences Program for ten years. Upon moving to Texas, Tina worked for the American Paint Horse Association and Purina Animal Nutrition before joining the Farnam team. She brings extensive horse industry experience. Tina is an AQHA and NSBA horse show judge and has judged the All-American Quarter Horse Congress, European Championship Show and several AQHA World Shows. She is also a breeder of American Quarter Horses. When not innovating new products for Farnam, she can be found playing with her mares and babies or following her adult daughter around to horse shows!

Stash Easton
Stash has worked for Farnam since 2016 as the Marketing Manager and now Director of Marketing. Before coming to Farnam, Stash spent 18 years in various positions at Purina Animal Nutrition, LLC. Raised on a horse ranch in Northern California, Stash participates in NCHA and AQHA cutting horse events when time permits. He currently enjoys introducing his three young children to the world of horses and how they can be a partner in horse care for their pony, Checkers.

Renee has been fortunate to call Farnam her work family since 1997. And those years go by fast when you believe in the products you make, love the company you work for and the people you work with. Renee’s current children include Bug, a 9-year-old Cocker Spaniel, Zoey, a 9-year-old Terrier and the baby of the family, a 3 year-old Golden named Daisy.

Dawn has two wonderful sons, three beautiful granddaughters, one dog, SuzyQ and six grandfurbabies. Dawn has worked for Farnam for over 30 years. Each day has been different, challenging and an adventure.

Sherri Pike
Sherri Pike
Sherri is the Project Coordinator for our Research and Development team and has worked at Farnam for over 23 years, providing product education to our customers. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her animals: Gunsmoke (her horse), Marley and Saige (her dogs) and Symone (her cat). She has also owned goats, chickens, cows, hamsters, fish and even ferrets.

Kevin Tompkins
Kevin Tompkins
Kevin is the General Manager of Central Garden & Pet’s equine business unit and has been with Central since 2017. Before joining Central, Kevin worked in various finance, sales and marketing roles for other great consumer products companies including Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Schering Plough, Spectrum Brands and Red Bull. Kevin and his wife, Quinn, have lived in the Valley of the Sun for almost 10 years and have a 10-year-old son, Logan, a 9-year-old daughter, Dylan, and two golden doodles, Lucky and Duke, that the whole family loves to spoil.

Georgia Smith
Georgia Smith
Georgia started her career at Farnam in 2021 as a Marketing and Innovation Specialist. Georgia is an Arizona native who has spent some time in Texas while attending Baylor University. While at Baylor, she was a member of the NCEA Equestrian Team. Georgia grew up around horses and found her passion in the Reined Cow Horse discipline. Georgia’s horses, Matt and Bee, are no strangers to Farnam products. You can always find the Slick ‘N Easy grooming block and Vetrolin Liniment in her tack room, not only keeping them looking good but also feeling good. Georgia’s goal at Farnam is to make sure every horse feels and looks their best whether in the show pen, retired in the pasture or spending time on the trails.
